(hereinafter, “GRAVIK FIT”).


2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation of, and use of the GRAVIK FIT online store, as well as the purchase of products through it. Use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions by the user.


3. Products

GRAVIK FIT offers users a complete range of training equipment, including strength and cardio machines, technical flooring, and compact solutions for homes and other spaces. The essential characteristics of each product are shown in its corresponding product sheet.


4. Prices

All product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation in Spain and the European Union, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs will be specified separately before completing the purchase.


5. Payment Methods

Customers may pay for their orders via:

  • Bank card (debit or credit).
  • Bank transfer.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Until GRAVIK FIT confirms receipt of payment, the order will not be processed or dispatched.


6. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped throughout mainland Spain and to other European Union countries where GRAVIK FIT operates.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days for orders with available stock. In the case of products manufactured to order or out of stock, the customer will be informed of the revised delivery time.

GRAVIK FIT shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as transport incidents, customs procedures, or force majeure.


7. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products marketed by GRAVIK FIT (specialised equipment often manufactured to order or with specific technical characteristics), returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases provided for by applicable consumer regulations and only in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error attributable to GRAVIK FIT.

In such cases, the customer must notify the incident within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, by sending an email to gravikfit@gravikfit.com, with photographs and a description of the problem. GRAVIK FIT reserves the right to verify the defect before proceeding with the replacement or repair of the product.


8. Warranty

All GRAVIK FIT products are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided under applicable legislation in Spain and the European Union.

The warranty shall not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper or negligent use.
  • Incorrect installation or installation carried out by unauthorised personnel.
  • Handling or modifications not approved by GRAVIK FIT.


9. Liability

GRAVIK FIT shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the purchased products.
  • Damage or harm resulting from installation carried out by unauthorised personnel.
  • Delays or failures due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the company’s control.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence, unless otherwise provided by law.


11. Amendment of Terms


GRAVIK FIT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall apply from the date of their publication on the website.
